ORDERING PROCESS

  • An automatic email will be sent to you immediately after you place your order.
  • Allow 1-2 business days for us to review and process your order.
  • Normal delivery time is 2-4 weeks for all custom apparel. We will get it to you sooner if we can.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make a change to your order.
  • Cancellations of orders already in production will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • If your order has already been embroidered or embellished in any manner, a cancellation will not be granted. 

Returns

All apparel purchased with screen-print or embroidery is considered custom apparel. We do not accept returns of custom apparel. Please contact us if there is a defect in your product for assistance.
